Daily Fitness Programming

All classes are up to 50 minutes long — designed for busy professionals who want big results without hours in the gym.

Monday — Tempo & Alignment

Focus: Tempo, body awareness, movement control, maximizing adaptations

What you’ll experience:

Friday —  21 Peaks

Focus: Adapt faster, build confidence, guarantee progress

What you’ll experience:
• Faster physical and mental adaptations
• A huge confidence boost from accomplishing challenging work
• Improved conditioning, strength, and mental toughness

Saturday — Hikes & Adventures

Focus: Outdoor movement, community, exploration

What you’ll experience:
