Why it all starts with how we think about our lifestyle...
Before I wanted to fully live in my body and live out my passions, I didn't give much thought to diet, exercise programming, and mindset.
But now that my training is tied directly to how well I live out my passions, rather than just "working out," I have to be way more intentional about how I train.
After all, it's hard to be passionate when you're half-asleep, sore, in pain and not motivated, am I right?
That's why I started looking for new ways to make the little things count.
I realized that it's the small changes that make a biggest impact. Laying out my clothes the night before, planning my workouts in advance, and finding time to rest, recover, and rejuvenate.
But the biggest game changer?
Consistency.
I found, if I can regularly find great information to help me achieve my goals faster, in small bits of information, which can be applied immediately, it was much easier to stay on track.
